Meditation is one of the most ancient healing modalities that help us live a conscious life. It sharpens our senses and allows us to stay in the present moment. When we meditate with a set intention the results are miraculous.

This three weeks meditation program is specifically created for those who are seeking for inner peace, self healing, and restoration. Dedicating only thirty minutes each day for self-healing, relaxation, restoration, and rejuvenation we are on our way to self-love. This program is build for busy bees who have little time for themselves. These meditations can be listened to in the comfort of ones home, bathtub, and or inside the car on a lunch break.

It is recommended to meditate early in the morning however these meditations can be listened to at any time of the day. All meditations are tuned to a specific frequency of each chakra with shinto shamanic healing sounds, theta frequency, as well as binaural beats.

Each meditation is guided through full body relaxation and is supported by pre recorded deep circular breathwork. Daily workbook will help maintain the consistent process during twenty one days. In this three week meditation program you will experience the following:

5 sacral chakra meditations (healing sexual energy, and the creative)
5 heart chakra meditations (emotional, spiritual, and organ healing)
3 solar plexus meditations (respiratory system stabilization, beneficial for Covid recovery, an gaining will power as well as restoring ones strength)
2 base chakra meditations (removing financial obstacles and fears)

2 throat chakra meditation (setting your voice free, removing negative energies and blockage)
2 third eye chakra meditation (removing illusions, gaining clarity, and enhancing clairvoyance) highly beneficial for manifestations.
2 crown chakra meditations (re aligning with higher self, higher truth and the Universal being)

Julie King

Julie King is an internationally acclaimed musician, professional member of Academy of the Grammy, International Breath Foundation and International Reiki Center Association. Julie holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from California Institute of the Arts in Opera Vocal performance. Certified Clarity Breathwork practitioner, Master Teacher Usui and Karuna Reiki, Life Coach, and is an active veda – psychology mentor at Drevs Ayurveda school.

Julie was taught how to sing mantra-meditations by Tibetian Monks and Saragam by Swapan Chaudhuri. She is an expert in various breathing techniques including Clarity Breathwork, Tao of Breath, Holotropic Breathing, Alexander Breathing Technique and Strelnikova Breathing techniques. She has been on speaker panels for Cabo Breath Festival in Mexico Rebirthing Summit, as well as Breathe for Life at the Life University in Sweden. Julie has been interviewed by Kathleen Riley from Deepark Chopra spiritual network Awake TV.

Julie has led Trans Breath, Clarity Breathwork, sound healing, and mantra-meditation events in Bali, Thailand, Turkey, Mexico, United States, and Sweden. She resides in Miami, Florida, and teaches online as well as in person workshops and sessions in both English and Russian languages.

Today I took Healing Breathwork workshop with Julie King. It was a wonderful experience! I felt this workshop was speaking right to me, helping to heal my heart, mind, and body. My anxiety is heightened because of my health concerns, the current situation and the numerous changes. This was really a helpful healing experience for me that I want to continue. Usually I am unable to stick with deep full breaths for more than a couple even with guided meditations but somehow with this I was able to sustain all the way through and it felt great. It was encouraged to release certain emotions we were holding on to if we needed and that it was ok. I remember thinking through the whole thing that I actually just felt pretty calm and relaxed. I didn't feel a need to let go or that I was holding on to anything. Sure enough the release of bottled up anxiety came suddenly at the end followed by a feeling of extreme love.
