Light some incense, ignite candles, and let soothing melodies dance in the background. Create an atmosphere that whispers to your soul. 🌌

Sit in meditation, allowing the world to fade away. Dive deep into the ocean of your inner self. 🧘

echoes loudly. Connect with your inner child; embrace the healing journey. 🌈

💌 Step 4: Pour Your Heart Out

Pen a letter to that precious self. Begin with your name and the chosen age. Let the ink flow with phrases of love and support. For instance,

“Dear nine-year-old Julie, I know you feel hurt, lonely, lost, sad, bruised, and starving right now. But I am here to tell you that you will get through it. You won’t believe it, but I gotta tell you, many of your dreams come true. I love you so much; you are such a wonderful little girl.”
