Meditation is one of the most ancient healing modalities that help us live a conscious life. It sharpens our senses and allows us to stay in the present moment. When we meditate with a set intention the results are miraculous.
This three weeks meditation program is specifically created for those who are seeking for inner peace, self healing, and restoration. Dedicating only thirty minutes each day for self-healing, relaxation, restoration, and rejuvenation we are on our way to self-love. This program is build for busy bees who have little time for themselves. These meditations can be listened to in the comfort of ones home, bathtub, and or inside the car on a lunch break.
It is recommended to meditate early in the morning however these meditations can be listened to at any time of the day. All meditations are tuned to a specific frequency of each chakra with shinto shamanic healing sounds, theta frequency, as well as binaural beats.
Each meditation is guided through full body relaxation and is supported by pre recorded deep circular breathwork. Daily workbook will help maintain the consistent process during twenty one days. In this three week meditation program you will experience the following:

- 2 third eye chakra meditation (removing illusions, gaining clarity, and enhancing clairvoyance) highly beneficial for manifestations.
